A privy mark pays tribute to the original Australian Kookaburra coin design, with radiant lines symbolising a sun burst. The reverse also includes the inscription ‘KOOKABURRA 35^th ANNIVERSARY’, The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, and the coin’s weight, purity and 2025 year-date.

The obverse depicts the Dan Thorne effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the monetary denomination.
