Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

• In-store: cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer.
• Online: Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer.
• By phone: We do not accept payments over the phone.
• Conversion of Unallocated Bullion

(PayPal is no longer being offered as a payment method due to a change in their policy that excludes bullion products.)

If you would like to pay by bank transfer and collect your purchase on the same day (local customers only), this is achievable if your bank has the OSKO feature or PayID. If wanting to use the PayID feature from your bank account, please use our ABN (50 629 016 468) to make payment. For large amounts, we can also help you facilitate a Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS).

Deposit

Unless We agree otherwise in writing, You must pay a 10% deposit, capped at $10,000, when You place an order for Bullion or other products worth $2,000 or more, including GST (if applicable).  You can pay a deposit greater than 10%.

If You pay Your deposit by bank transfer, You must upload proof of payment using the deposit dialog box to proceed with placing Your order.  Use your full name as the reference for a deposit paid by bank transfer.  The balance remaining on the order needs to be paid within forty-eight (48) hours of the order being submitted, otherwise We may cancel Your order.

If You cancel Your order, or do not complete the purchase after We have accepted Your order, You may be responsible for any Market Loss We incur.
