Bullion Now and The Perth Mint are excited to release this 1oz gold bullion coin featuring a dragon in a unique rectangular format.

Dragons are mythical reptilian creatures of fearsome appearance that feature in many ancient cultures. The
existence of dragons remains a popular notion and they are strongly represented in contemporary fantasy. In
both Eastern and Western traditions, dragons are often portrayed as guardians of gold and other treasures.

Each coin is struck by The Perth Mint from 1oz of 99.99% pure gold and issued as legal tender under the
Australian Currency Act 1965.

The Perth Mint will release no more than 8,888 of the Dragon 2023 1oz Gold Bullion Rectangular Coin.

DESIGN
The coin’s reverse portrays a striking image of a dragon. In the background, the dragon’s hoard includes
treasure chests and coins, as well as statues and icons from ancient civilizations. Included in the design is The
Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.

The obverse bears The Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse, featuring the Jody Clark effigy supplemented
with the dates of Her Majesty’s reign. Also included are the coin’s weight, purity, monetary denomination and
2023 year-date.
